Hebei Province’s Study Report on “Talents introducing to co-build blue sky plan advanced policy research and training delegation” to German.

The Provincial Department of Environmental Protection organized the Provincial Department of Housing and Construction, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Department of Human Resource and Social Security, the Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, and the administrative and technical staffs of the Provincial Office of Foreign Affairs from March 15 to March 28, 2015 to compose “Hebei Advanced Policy Research Training Group of Talent Introduction to Co-build Blue Sky Plan” which was trained in Berlin and Cologne, Germany. Focusing on the study of the German government's urban waste recycling framework design, urban waste disposal pricing mechanism, comprehensive utilization of solid waste policy support, urban domestic garbage collection, logistics system establishment and market-oriented operation system and so on. At the same time, through discussions with the German Energy Agency, the German ALBA Group, the German Hydrogen Co., Ltd. and other units, we will increase the efficiency of energy use in cities, promote energy conservation, reduce emissions, improve the overall quality of the environment, and use the German ALBA. The Group's mature "third-generation urban waste treatment technology" to make positive progress in the extensive cooperation with Hebei Province.
